This is a tutorial, If you wanna tell other people how to do it PLEASE LINK THEM TO THIS FORUM!

First:
User CP
Second:
Edit Signature
Third:
Signup for http://www.photobucket.com like I use, or use http://imageshack.us to upload a picture without signing up
Fourth:
Get the link to your picture
Fifth:
Copy and paste it into your signature and insert

[IMG] at the beginning
and [/IMG] at the end

EXAMPLE:
http://s58.photobucket.com/albums/g255/kiddingdragn12/?action=view&current=lmao.png

is my link..now add some IMG tags.


and you should now see your picture in your signature when you click save!

Edit: For some ODD reason IMG tags will not work, But when this is fixed this is how you do it.

You can click either "User CP" or "Private Messages" . If that is too hard here is the link that gets you to your User Control Panel ( CP) .http://forums.funny-games.biz/usercp.php

Now on the right hand side of the page there is a column the fifth opition down "Edit Profile Picture" is what you need to click on .

Once you have clicked on that scroll down to the bottom where there is a box titled "Custom Profile Picture" . In there there is two options . Option 1 is getting it from a web-site . Option 2 is uploading it from your computer.

For option 1 - You simply copy and paste the URL ( the www. bit ) into that box .

For option 2 - You press the "Browse" button and search you computer for the picture of your choice . Double cick it . It then should come up with something in that box .

Once you have done either of them press the "Save Changes" button .

Wah la !
