CoD Modern Warfare 2 suppose to be released somewhere in the year 2009. I'm actually pretty excited for this game. Not much information and in-game screen shot's and been released yet. But right now I'm gonna guess it's going to be as great as the last one.

Yeh, i heard that 2, but i doubt there will be any vehicle usage as, 4 sum reason, infinity ward dont seem 2 let u drive tanks etc. I've played all the COD's and not all of them let u drive tanks, so im guessing those 1's were made by infinity ward (when i played 1,2 and 3, i didnt notice who made them) anyway, i think its gunnu be amazing, i couldnt imagine COD bieng futuristic, but that is a good idea!!!

An Endwar-style kind of futuristic sounds pretty good, actually.

Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will not be futuristic it will just be like COD4 but it should be more customisble, Change your image online, new guns, Vehicles. It should come out in October

Yep, the trailer I seen was just basically a green fuzzy screen with no actual in-game pictures.

But IMO this game will be better than the others.
Its not futuristic with lasers etc. it is like COD4 but better weps more customisation, weapons that are around in RL war.
I hope you can get a silencer on snipers. I pray and beg that online isnt too realistic (E.g you die in like 2 shots like RL) i hope the health is similar to cod4 and 5.
Oh yeah techincaly world at war isnt COD5 its an inbetweener. (i may be wrong though)

EDIT:
I have fount out that the campaign will be about stopping terrorists etc. and fighting the Russians. (May not be true.)

Lol, in real life you're dead/out of the fight in one shot. I would love for COD to be like that, no respawns would be awesome too.

it's probs going to be more of the same. new campaingesaving the world and stuff and then there the multyplayer with new weapons perks and probs vehciles. it's really predictable.

I have heard (from some guy on a different forum claiming he has spoken with the director of IW).
He said a lot of things so I am going to note down key facts (Ones i care about):
-A lot of weapons from COD4 will be returning
-Vehicles WILL be on Modern Warfare 2
-More game modes (like TDM etc.)
-One weapon that will be added definately is FAMAS
-Ability to choose different camos (E.g Gillie suit without being sniper)
-Campaign mode will have around 7 hours play time

Thats praticaly all the main points.

If anyone is interested then feel free to PM me and I will send you the link to the forum.

Although some "leaked" information he has put down is obviously not true.

I've found a website which gives a much bigger list of 'RUMORS' - computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=209704 - I hope most of whats on the page is true... anyways, the new uncut trialer gives us a bit of info on the game, but not so much on the online detials, just story line and vehicle usage... hope that helps some more

Well the first mission involves stealth and then when u get out of a building u have a massive firefight then u get snowmbiles and drive down a mountain whitlst shooting.... so it sounds good as they have decided to vary things inside each level so u might start stealthly and end up just full out shooting..

Everyone should get this game!!!!!!

umm, that might be an e3 exclusive demo mission, and i doubt thats the full level, all i want is no tanks. they sucked.

On hearing that the Super-expensive collectors edition comes with free Night Vision Goggles, I didn't know whether thats the coolest or saddest thing I've ever heard. I'll be sure to pre-order that when I finally get paid.
But the game is set to be awesome, I especially love the idea of Buzzkill. Just to LOL at whoever just got a seven kill streak, and they spawn for you to stick a knife in their head.
Oh, and the character customisation is no doubt gonna suck. I mean, whats the fun of having an SMG if you're not wearing a bright red towel for a helmet that screams 'shoot me'?

anyone seen the new airport footage? Basically, you, and a bunch of Russian terrorists running through a US airport, shooting loads of innocent civilians. Incredibly disturbing, and I'm feeling that this may not go down very well in the western world. I think the footage is on gametrailers, awful quality of course. It's kinda like Shock and Awe from the first MW, except when you get pissed because the Arabs killed possibly the only bearable American (because he doesn't speak), you feel guilty for shooting a random business man in the back as he crawls away through pools of blood. I mean, you don't have to kill them, your comrades are more than ready to shoot them for you. But you do anyways.
