If humans didn't have a intrinsic desire to belong, society would not function very well. It's what keeps people from walking around and stealing stuff, or murdering annoying old grandmothers. If they did that, they'd be ostracized from the group. "No man is an island" and all that. That's why criminals are locked up, of course, since we lock them up together, then they get to belong, just to a different group. It gets complicated after that.

its never 2 l8 to change where u belong
u feel comfortable if u belong
where u belong defines YOU as a person
everything that u are part of contributes to the decision of where u belong (e.g. culture, race)
no human can not belong 2 ANY group, although its possible to not belong
u make ur own choice of belonging or not belonging
to not belong may be the same as belonging, the fact that ur happy and comfortable with the decision.

That's something everyone has to answer for themselves.
Belonging is something that happens when a person really feels at home in their environment, or in their own heads, and when they're comfortable in their own bodies.
Things of that nature.

Belonging is the term of being in a group like society and having a purpose or feeling like you need or want to be there, this is often seen in school yard groups of friends who may follow a certain trend in fashion, music, sports, etc.
