    Cash App Support often requires a smartphone to connect, which is a huge inconvenience. Like sometimes, people transact through their laptops while shopping online. If those transactions are interrupted due to some internet problems, no one answers those questions in a proper format. So, make customer service available only to smartphone users, not other device users.
