    Do this 5 times every week. You will be unstoppable and be ready for anything. Just do it.
    M/Tu/Th/F/Sa
    10x20--Pushups
    10x30--SitUps
    4x10---Pullups
    10x15--Dips
    10x20--Burpees
    5 Minute Kettlebell Tabata Workout 1 Minute per excersise
    (Swings, Getups, Goblin Squat, Clean&Jerk, Figure Eights)

    Monday-4 Miles
    Tuesday-5 Miles
    Thursday-6 Miles
    Friday-4 Miles
    Saturday-3 Miles

    PM when you are ready and want to do Week 4

    Oh yeah my bad, wasn't really all to focuse after the workout.
    If you complete Phase II Week 6 you are a hardstyling comrade like myself

    Phase I Week 1
    5 days per week at your chosing

    4x15--Pushups
    4x20--Situps
    3x3---Pullups

    2 miles per day at 8:30 mile pace
