Yeah, a lot of people do it.. :S

 

Not alot, thousands do it.. like on habbo hotel you must be 11/13+ To play it.
But ohh no, people put there ages as 18 when they are like 11 or 12.
(Even younger..) This would be possible ::
Tracking their IP:
Finding the source from their IP (internet, finding out where they live..)
Finding out their age. (But that would be too CIA or more FBI like).

 

I agree, though that would piss off alot of us young whippersnappers

do you actually know how hard it is 2 track some1s ip down... the ip adresse is nothing anyway so you could not find out where some1 lives from that anyway

Suggestion...Maybe you password protect all 18+ plus threads and send out a password to over 18 years old members, and keep the pass the same...Or something like that.

True. But you can't really trace there IP and get there docs...Sort of an invasion of privacy.

 

fire fly is right and even if you did get some1s ip you could do nothing with that anyway

 

yeh i lied about my age once to play ruinscape.do'h now every1 knows im under 18 well if u must know i am inbeetween 10 and 14.

I well aware of what you can do with an IP address and I know that was at warhammer but still I don't think the forum should go into even trying to get peoples IP's etc...Just a huge invasion of privacy
