Usually play nintendo [Brain training, relaxing thing.] Music... Run around in circle's for a while [Gets me tired.]
I just stare at my clock or walls. Nothing else to do in a dark room with no lamp (stupid light bulb broke..)
I just lay around, and if that doesn't work, I just get back up and back on the computer. Though I'm pretty patient in regards to that so it doesn't bother me if I lay in bed focusing on sleep for an hour and a half before actually falling asleep.
uh... I normally try to go to sleep if i can't i get EXTREMELY frustrated, and i just get my book and read.....cause sometimes if i read it makes me sleepy....:rtfm:
Well i think of something i like. And get rid of some liquids from my body. Then i normally go to sleep after that.
Listen to headphones with music low, usually makes me quite sleepy after a while, then I have no trouble, just switch them off and fall asleep. Or I just think about something awesome in my life and smile and reminisce then go to sleep knowing it will be there the next day, which somehow makes me sleep ;S
Eh, usually I get on my phone, an txt people, after I get off my computer.. Important people ;P But, I usually don't sleep till late... Like "Late" ;P I'm too interested in what everyone else is doing. But then I collapse on someone when talking... It's his "Plan" It's fucking evil. xP
I read of one my school books and study until I fall asleep, if I'm not in the mood to actually study I will read a book from a dry class and fall asleep fast.
